WHAT: A multi-course shared dinner prepared by ALMA Prague restaurant  filled with great wine from Markus Altenburger & Christian Tschida. 

WHERE: Weingut Markus Altenburger, Untere Hauptstraße 62, Jois.

Parking: Rear side of the Winery: A. Stroblweg 70, 7093 Jois. 

WHEN: Saturday May 17th, 6:30 PM (Please show up around 6 PM for Apero).

HOW: Long tables, pleasant music, creative dishes prepared directly in the
winery from seasonal ingredients with a clear origin. Markus and Christian will draw
from the fullest of their cellar and pour a selection of 10 wines including some of their
rarest in Zalto Glasses.

Chefs: Michal Daněk, Petr Židek (headchefs of Alma Prague).

TICKETS: € 125 includes apero in the garden, dinner and wines during the dinner.

Canapes

Lamb croquette with andula, smoked yogurt mayonnaise, jalapeno

Crispy basket with goat yogurt, grilled fresh peas and watercress


Starters

Beef tartare, umeboshi cranberries, chives, beef garum emulsion, toast

Burnt carrots with elderberry yogurt, cosmatec, sesame

Catfish carpaccio, XO sun-dried tomato sauce, green strawberries, spring onions


Main courses

Fried carp, tartar beurre blanc, chive oil

Roasted beef brisket, fermented pepper sauce, herb relish

Potato gnocchi with parmesan, wild garlic beurre blanc, grilled and pickled asparagus, fresh herbs


Side dishes

Grilled little gem, chervil mayonnaise, smoked almonds, black apple

Grilled young cabbage, almond milk sauce, trout caviar

Lettuce with utopia dressing


Desserts

Honey ice cream with olive oil and bee pollen

Roasted rhubarb, crispy bay leaf cream, wild strawberries and raspberries, crackling sugar
