And we'll start off on a high note. The pre-festival dinner will be prepared by Jan Novak from the legendary Slovenian restaurant Domačija Novak. The wines will be paired by the newly formed Slovenian-Italian group Senza Meja. With the personal participation of great winemakers such as Nikolas Juretič, Kristian Keber, Carlo Montanar and Janko Štekar.

SENZA MEJA is by an association of young winemakers operating in the border region of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) and the Brda region (Slovenia).

Mission: They promote "borderless" collaboration, focusing on natural, organic, and regenerative farming.

Symbolism: By mixing the two languages in their name, they symbolize the erasure of political boundaries through agriculture and shared culture.
